Who provides Quitapon

Quitapon is provided by Alejandro Fernández Camello. Contact: apps_alejandro@proton.me. These terms cover the free game, accounts, online matches, learning features and support.

There are currently no ads, purchases or subscriptions. Your internet provider may charge for connectivity. We will not introduce a charge or paid subscription without informing you and obtaining the agreement required by law.

Age and registration

Accounts are for people aged 16 or over. If you are a minor, obtain your legal representative’s permission where your country’s law requires it.

By pressing the button to create an email account or save your first Google profile, you confirm acceptance of the terms linked beside that button. We record the accepted version, time and language with your account. Optional marketing emails require a separate choice; registration does not subscribe you.

You can play local games and exercises without an account. Google handles its own sign-in service under its terms; we never ask for your Google password.

Your account

Use an email address you control and provide accurate registration details. Keep your password and session credentials private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, sell accounts or use someone else’s account.

Your username is unique and cannot currently be changed. Your public name, username, avatar, rating and relevant match records may be visible to other players. Keep private information out of public profile fields.

Matches, progress and fair play

Quitapon includes opponents controlled by the computer as well as games with other people. Online matchmaking may assign a computer-controlled rival. Ratings, experience, streaks and achievements are game records, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

Do not manipulate results, arrange artificial losses, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage or use unauthorized bots or outside assistance in competitive matches. Do not harass others, publish unlawful or impersonating profile content, send abusive support messages, disrupt the service or access accounts or systems without authorization.

We may investigate reported abuse and correct demonstrably erroneous game records. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious violations or protect other users and the service. Where possible we will explain the reason; you can ask for a review through support or email.

Software, artwork and your content

The software, artwork, brand and learning material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the game for its intended purpose. Open-source components retain their own licenses and any rights or exceptions granted by law remain available.

You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You authorize only the use needed to operate the features you choose: showing public profile fields to players, storing and displaying match records, and handling private support conversations. This does not give us ownership of your content or permission to use private tickets in advertising.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Quitapon available and secure, but maintenance, connection failures and software errors can interrupt play or synchronization. Keep your device updated and contact support when something goes wrong. We may change features to improve the game or address technical, security or legal requirements, with reasonable notice for substantial changes where possible.

Responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or deliberate wrongdoing. They do not require you to waive data-protection rights.

Leaving Quitapon and your data

You may stop playing at any time. Delete your account and associated data from Settings → Privacy and help → Delete my account, or follow the public deletion page. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.

The privacy policy explains collection, providers, retention and your rights. Acceptance records are linked to the account and follow its deletion rules. Any justified legal retention will be explained when handling a request.

Changes to these terms

The version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. Where a change requires fresh agreement, we will request it before applying the changed terms to you. A new charge will always require a separate agreement.

Questions and disputes

Start by contacting support or apps_alejandro@proton.me so we can investigate the issue. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or bringing a claim.

Spanish law applies without taking away mandatory protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law, including your local consumer courts where provided by law. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive distant court is imposed.
