Delete your Quitapon account and associated data here or in the app settings. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Sign in to delete your account
Use the account you want to delete, with Google or your email and password. You can then review and confirm deletion on this page.
What happens next
Confirming deletion signs you out everywhere and starts account cleanup. We delete or anonymize identifying data: email, credentials, sessions, profile, friendships, invitations, support tickets, subscriptions and synchronized progress. Deletion is permanent; registering again will not recover the account.
Match records needed for opponents’ history or rating integrity are retained without your name or username and disconnected from your identity. Operational logs may take up to 7 days to expire and D1 recovery backups up to 30 additional days. We will explain any necessary legal or security retention, including its reason and duration.
Device data and other requests
Uninstalling or signing out does not delete server data. Clear local data through Android storage settings and manage system backups separately. To request deletion of specific data while keeping your account, open a support ticket; we will explain which features depend on it. Deleting Quitapon does not delete your Google account.
